Order Processing

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order details and a clear photograph of the affected item.

Where applicable, we may arrange a replacement or issue a refund. If a return is required for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item,  MAGA Patriot Club will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier and verify the shipping address provided with your order.

Multiple Shipments

We make every effort to ship your complete order together. In some cases, an order may arrive in multiple packages due to product availability, fulfillment location, or package size.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees simply because an order is divided into multiple shipments.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or return.

Please keep the item in reasonable condition and retain the original packaging where available until your request has been reviewed.
